Rental Information

  • All rates include 2 adults and 2 children (17 years and under)

  • All Rentals require a credit card to be left on file as security.  All units should be left in a clean,
    undamaged condition and will be inspected upon your arrival and departure.

  • Rental Unit Check In 3:00pm  Rental Unit Check Out 11:00am

  • There are no late check outs available for rentals

  • All units include a kitchen, microwave, bathroom, coffee/tea maker, dishes and utensils,  charcoal grill,
    fire ring, and picnic table
  • Only 1 family allowed per unit.  Maximum 3 adults and 3 children, 2 adults and 4 children- 6 people
    total.  

  • With all rental units you must bring your own linens and towels

  • No refunds for early departures

  • Sorry NO pets IN or OUTSIDE rental units

  • No smoking inside units
Rental Rates
Weekly  
$800/week
Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, and can be booked at any time.

Nightly Rates
Nightly rentals are only reserved during peak season, based on availability.  Please call the Monday prior to
arrival to check availability (3 night minimum required).  Memorial Day and Columbus Day weekends require a
three night minimum.
